Physical Activity
Most people complain about not having enough time or being unable to spare time for physical activity. Being physically active today, tomorrow, and in the future is extremely important for your health. Regular physical activity is beneficial for your health in the long run. It is possible to be physically active at any age, height, and weight.
Being Physically Active
Being physically active increases your chances of living longer and better quality, making you feel better and more energetic. It reduces your chances of being depressed, and you will have stronger bones and muscles. It also helps you control excess weight, gain or lose weight healthily, or maintain your current weight. Regular physical activities protect you against conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol, reducing your risk of developing these diseases. By choosing activities you enjoy and can do regularly, you can engage in physical activities for at least 3 days a week, for 1 hour or 15 minutes. You can choose from alternatives such as walking, running, swimming, or yoga, and prepare a good foundation for your health without tiring yourself too much.
