Shredded Pastry Pudding
Separate the shredded pastry by hand. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan. Add the separated shredded pastry to the saucepan. Roast for approximately 15-20 minutes until the color of the shredded pastry changes. When our shredded pastry is roasted, add the ground hazelnuts. Continue roasting. In a separate saucepan, roast the butter and flour until the raw flour smell disappears. Add 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar and continue mixing. Be careful not to burn the sugar. Add one packet of vanilla. Slowly pour one liter of milk into the saucepan and stir constantly. To prevent lumps, stir continuously until the pudding reaches a thickened consistency. If there are lumps in your pudding, you can use a blender. Pour the cooked pudding into a mixing bowl and whisk with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Place half of the roasted shredded pastry at the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the pudding over it, place the remaining roasted shredded pastry on top, and let it rest in the refrigerator. Serve cold. Serving Suggestion: You can serve with Creamy Ice Cream. Ingredients:
