Right to Apply to Enforcement Courts
If the debt is not paid on time, the creditor has the right to apply to the enforcement courts to compel the debtor to pay the debt for the collection of the said debt. All transactions carried out for each application made to the enforcement courts are collected in a file, and this file is called an enforcement file.
Person Whose Enforcement File is Opened is Obligated to Pay Costs
With the opening of the enforcement file, the court notifies the person against whom the lawsuit is filed about the case and sends the necessary notice for the collection of the debt, and initiates enforcement proceedings for debts not paid within the specified periods. A person against whom an enforcement file is opened is obliged to pay both the said debt and all the costs paid by the plaintiff party to file the lawsuit. You can learn about and follow your enforcement file inquiries through the e-government website with your T.R. identity number.
