Chambers of Commerce's Brand Protection

It should be known that applications made to chambers of commerce do not protect brands. There is only one institution to which an application can be made to register and protect products and services. The Turkish Patent Institute operates in these matters. Branding can be achieved after the approval from this institution. Otherwise, the brands of products and projects can be taken by other companies. In this case, companies have the right to sue.
