What is the Design Registration Procedure?
To register designs, an application must be made to the TPE, and then it is checked whether it meets the necessary conditions, and these processes are generally completed within 1 day. Subsequently, a formal examination is carried out within 1 or 2 months, which involves evaluating the documents of the application within the scope of the relevant KHK. At the end of the examination, registration is made in the application register and published in the official bulletin.
