How to Use an Assembly Diagram

Product User Manuals

An assembly diagram is a user manual included with products sold disassembled, showing how to put the product together. It is especially important for individuals assembling furniture or kitchen cabinets for the first time to read this diagram very carefully. Otherwise, due to incorrectly installed parts, the assembly cannot be completed, and the furniture will experience wear and tear before it's even used, as it will need to be disassembled again.

Special Diagram for Each Product and Model

While assembly diagrams are created specifically for each product and model, for disassembled products, only the assembly diagram included in the product box should be used as a reference. The first page of the assembly diagram is dedicated to showing the product parts, and assembly should never begin without checking if all these parts are present. Assembly diagrams proceed in numbered steps, and by following this sequence, the assembly process can be completed smoothly.
