Cancer is the uncontrolled proliferation of cells in our body. They also have the ability to divide, albeit limitedly. They divide and multiply to form tumors and damage normal tissues. Cancer is the second leading cause of death after heart disease. One in every 300 people in Europe gets cancer. The risk of cancer increases with advancing age.
Prolonged Hoarseness and Fever
External factors, as well as genetic factors, can cause cancer. Smoking, alcohol, prolonged sun exposure, and unhealthy eating also increase the risk of cancer. Cancer symptoms may include bleeding from the anus and abnormal bleeding from the uterus, lumps in the breasts or elsewhere, and non-healing sores. White plaques in the mouth and blood and bad odor in phlegm can also be counted among the symptoms. Prolonged hoarseness, indigestion, and difficulty swallowing, changes in color and size of moles and warts, and blood in the urine are among the other symptoms. Bloody fluids from the nipple, sudden and rapid weight loss, prolonged diarrhea or constipation, unexplained fever episodes, menstrual irregularities, and vaginal discharge are among the conditions that raise suspicion of cancer.
